Congratulations to Dylan Eisen for the successful defense of his Master’s thesis,
“Multi-domain multi-material topology optimization of a roller coaster vehicle bogie subject to multi-axial fatigue constraints.”
Over the past two years, Dylan has been an invaluable part of the SMSD family, and it has been a pleasure to collaborate with him.
We extend our best wishes to Dylan as he embarks on the next phase of his professional journey.

We are excited to announce that SMSD is partnering with The Southern Ontario Network for Advanced Manufacturing Innovation (SONAMI). As the newest member of SONAMI, we hope to incorporate our research in multi-physics and multi-disciplinary optimization to improve performance and reduce the cost of manufacturing over the coming years.
